Bio
Benjamin is co-heading Sofina’s Funds activity. Sofina is a €11.5bn family-run investment company listed on the Brussels stock exchange. Sofina’s Funds portfolio includes more than 500 individual funds representing a total NAV of €6bn. The portfolio is predominantly exposed to VC (70%), across Europe, US and Asia.
Benjamin is also involved in Sofina’s direct investment activity, mostly covering tech investments, and holds several board positions.
Outside of work, Benjamin is a fan of endurance sports and a wine enthusiast.
Benjamin holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the ENSAM and the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master in International Finance from HEC Paris. He also completed the Harvard Business School Executive Program for Private Equity and Venture Capital and is a CFA Charterholder.
