Bio
Olivier de La Guéronnière is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Argos Fund, an independent European private equity group, which he joined in 2021.
Based in Luxembourg, his remit combines Group-wide legal, corporate and governance responsibilities with local management and operational oversight, spanning strategic advice, cross-border coordination and implementation across the firm’s fund, investment and corporate activities.
Before joining Argos, Olivier spent nearly ten years at ATOZ, advising international clients on corporate, structuring and transactional matters. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Rennes I.
Olivier co-chairs the LPEA ESG Club and is actively involved in the venture capital ecosystem. His interests include responsible investment, ESG-driven business transformation and long-term value creation, as well as early-stage companies and emerging business models.
