Cathrine Foldberg Moller leads DLA Piper's Financial Services Regulatory practice in Luxembourg and advises banks, payment institutions and digital asset market participants on Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks.
Her practice focuses on the regulatory developments shaping the evolution of financial services. She works with crypto-asset service providers, stablecoin issuers, crypto custodians and fintech businesses on market entry, licensing and the development of activities across the EU.
With a background in transactional law, Cathrine brings an investor-relevant perspective on how crypto-assets are moving into payments, capital markets and investment structures, and on the regulatory and operational issues this creates.
