Pedro Alonso-Lamberti is a Director at AllianzGI Private Markets Portfolio Management, where he focuses on Infrastructure, Private Equity, and Impact investments across both direct and indirect strategies. He plays an active role in investment decisions as a member of several committees, oversees performance and portfolio optimization, serves on boards, and ensures strong governance across mandates. He also regularly participates as a panelist at industry conferences and events, sharing insights on private markets and sustainable investing.
With over 20 years of experience, he brings a strong background in corporate finance from Big 4 firms, covering M&A, project finance, valuation, and business modeling. His career has taken him across Madrid, Latin America, and Luxembourg, with a particular focus on renewable energy, core infrastructure, and natural resources.
He holds a dual B.Sc. in Business Management and Law from Carlos III University (Madrid), complemented by executive education in Advanced International Corporate Finance (INSEAD, Paris), a specialization in Private Equity and M&A (IEB, Madrid), and a certificate in Advanced Project Finance Modeling (Corality, London). He speaks English, French, and Spanish, with conversational ability in German and Italian.
