Meriem Ouenniche is Head of Product & Marketing at Governance.com, a technology provider serving the alternative investment fund industry. She brings over 14 years of experience in product management and technology across financial services and regulated industries, with experience spanning Corporate & Investment Banking, Asset Management, Payments & Order-to-Cash, AI platforms and enterprise software.
Throughout her career, she has worked with organisations including BNP Paribas, AXA Investment Managers, TotalEnergies, Concentrix and SightCall, developing products at the intersection of technology, data and business transformation. She now focuses on digital transformation in the alternative fund ecosystem, with a particular interest in AI, data connectivity and collaborative industry solutions. She holds an engineering degree and a Master’s degree from Université Paris Cité and has completed MIT Professional Education’s Designing and Building AI Products and Services programme and a CSR Strategy certification at EDHEC Business School.
