I am a Partner in the Corporate/M&A practice of Linklaters Luxembourg. I advise leading private equity sponsors and corporate clients on complex international transactions, with a particular focus on Luxembourg structuring, governance and implementation. Having worked across our Luxembourg, Paris and Frankfurt offices, I bring an integrated cross-border perspective to high-value mandates. Clients value my ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, anticipate execution challenges and build long-term relationships that go beyond individual transactions.
