Bio
Gregory Fayolle is the founder and Managing Partner of ORAXYS - Environmental Private Equity. Prior to become an entrepreneur, he was working in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions, respectively at SG Asset Management and Andersen Corporate Finance. Gregory Fayolle has a 20-year background of deals in Europe and in the USA, of which 15 years of Private Equity. Moreover, for 2 years he has also been a Sector Leader for Environment at the French Ministry of Economy and he was based in Thaïland.
Gregory Fayolle is graduated from ESSCA Angers and holds a Master degree in Valuation and Mergers & Acquisitions from Lyon University in France. Moreover, he has been a lecturer in legal and financial engineering at HEC Paris for several years, and a member of the Selection Committee of the International Climate Finance Accelerator in Luxembourg from inception in 2018 until 2023.
