Bio
Andrea is an Associate Director at Vistra Luxembourg, specialising in the structuring and servicing of AIFMD-compliant alternative investment funds across private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, and private debt. He leads a multidisciplinary team delivering accounting, financial reporting, corporate, governance, and directorship services to investment structures. He is a member of the LPEA Central Administration Technical Committee, LPEA AML Legal Committee and the Comité de patronage of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg. Andrea holds a master's degree in law and a postgraduate master in international finance.
